All services are private pay. Individual session fees are $95 for a 50 minute session or  $150 for a 90 minute session. Payment is due on the day of our appointment. I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Depending on your plan, either a copay or a portion of your deductible may be due at the time of our session. If you decide to use your BCBS insurance, you will need to contact them prior to our first session and find out the following information:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible that must be met?

  • How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?

  • Do I have a co-payment and/or a co-insurance payment? How much or what percentage is this?

If you are not with BCBS for mental health coverage, but have out-of-network benefits with your insurance company, I can provide you with a receipt at the end of our session that you can send in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your out-of- network benefits. Before your initial appointment, please call your insurance company to confirm your coverage, copay amount and possible deductible. Please note that some insurance plans will not pay at all until the entire deductible has been met. You can use the insurance questionnaire form below to ask your insurance provider about mental health coverage. If you choose to not use your insurance carrier for counseling services, you will be expected to pay the full fee rate for your therapy session.
